As a business which holds personal data relating to your company, we are legally obliged to inform you of what data we hold for you and how we will/will not use it.

We hold your company information within our email system and Xero accounts software (for invoicing and accounts purposes), this information includes: 

• Company Name 

• Company Address 

• Company Contacts (Sales/Accounts/Management etc) 

• Various telephone numbers and fax numbers as supplied by you 

• Various email addresses as supplied by you 

• VAT Number 

We do not keep a record of your bank details on our system, but they are stored within our online banking software.

Information about your company is backed up and stored on a secure storage device for security and loss prevention purposes. We are the only party who can access this.

We use data relating to your business to facilitate trading with you and your company and for general correspondence with your staff on a regular basis. 

APT Coaches Ltd will never pass on or sell this information without your permission. We will assume that you consent to us storing the above information in order that we can trade with you, but should you prefer us not to, please email us at admin@aptcoaches.co.uk and we will remove all your details.
